Tournament Policies:

  • Final payment must be made the day of the event.
  • All rounds of golf must be accounted for.  To ensure that this directive is adhered to, all rounds, including Dauphin Lake members and staff must be paid in full a the appropriate fee level.
  • The Greens Superintendent reserves the rightr to close the course when circumstances require.  If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, all attempts will be made to reschedule.
  • In the event of inclement weather and a tournament or corporate group decides to stop playing part way through the round, the meal function must continue.  The time will be determined at the discretion of the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Golf course rules and proper etiquette is to be followed at all times.  Appropriate golf attire (including soft spikes) must be worn at all times.
  • The Dauphin Lake Golf Club provides beverage service on the golf course.  Bringing your own alcohol onto the course is ILLEGAL.  We will confiscate any illegal alcohol we find on the course.  We have a 0% tolerance regarding this issue, as we risk losing our liquor licence for any breach of the existing liquor regulations.

Power Cart Rental Agreement

As the Sponsoring organization of the tournament, we hereby (l.) agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend Dauphin Lake Golf Club and its owners and agents from against any injuries and damages of any kind whatsoever to any person or entity out of or in any way resulting from the negligence or reckless use or operation of a power cart; (2.) agree to reimburse Dauphin Lake Golf Club for any such injury or damage done to any power cart property; (3.) agree to allow any person of legal driving status to operate a power cart.

Signature of the Tournament Coordinator on the Tournament Agreement   shall constitute compliance with the Golf Cart Rental Agreement.
